Meet Arden

With nearly two decades of experience as a professional working actor and musician in the entertainment industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge to every session. Having booked numerous roles in both film and television with some of the film industry’s biggest networks including NBC, Universal, Fox, and Sony, I know what it takes to create a tape that gets attention.  I understand the pressure, specificity and vulnerability that comes with auditioning at a high level. Momentum Self Tapes was created from a passion for helping other actors feel supported, confident, and excited about their auditions. My approach is both intuitive and technical—guiding performances with care while ensuring every tape is captured with the highest professional standard.

FAQ

  • Yes we do, includes some items that you are welcome to use (hair, sanitary products, blotting paper, etc) 

  • Don’t worry,  we provide complimentary coffee, tea and water at your session upon request!

  • Yes! Running lines and rehearsing before you come in for the tape is a great way to feel extra prepared! Please email for pricing.

  • There is a parking lot at the Concerta condos across the street, as well as the loblaws right next door and street parking nearby

  • IF you are running late sometimes if I do not have another client afterwards we can work around this, however please try to remember the time slot you booked is yours and clients come directly after you! I cannot extend your time if someone is after you.

  • Sometimes you nail the audition right at the start of your audition and that’s amazing! If this happens and there is some time left within your booking, please keep in mind that you will still be fully charged because we reserve the slot for you.

  • Things happen and I totally understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule please be advised that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy, in which case you will not be charged. If you cancel or change last minute you will be charged in full. 

  • When you book your session, it begins at the specific time you choose and you are billed at the start. Please plan to arrive on time, and be ready to do your audition. If you are late I will try to extend if its possible but this depends on whether there is a client directly after you.

  • If you are early, please wait in your car and run those lines! There is an Aroma coffee right at Bathurst and Fort York as well. If you are a new client, text me when you arrive and I will provide you with the buzzer code and unit.

  • I aim to get the tape fully edited and delivered to you via a downloadable link within 30 mins of your audition.
